COACHING

We've developed a niche service just for healthcare professionals looking to get their next senior post. Working with one of our specialists, we'll take you through a structured approach over typically 5 sessions of about 1.5 hours each in duration. In addition, in between sessions, we continue to work with you via the telephone. The sessions primarily focus on 3 core elements:

  1. Reworking your CV so that it gets noticed.
  2. What questions you are likely to be asked and what is really being sought from each question - and therefore how to structure your answers correctly.
  3. What else can be done in preparation for the interview (how to dress, how to present successfully, who you should visit and contact).

Our success record so far is very high, enabling a great many doctors to secure the senior post they wanted.
