They say a picture paints a thousand words, well if that’s true then a moving image must have even greater impact. We certainly think so.

It soon became apparent that filming our workshop delegates adds a real 'frisson' to the event. For a pharma marketing team it provides a real opportunity of extending the life of the event by giving each KOL a professionally produced and branded DVD to take home.

Nick Horrell, our eminently qualified producer, was chosen to oversee the crews providing our Filming Services. Having spent 12 years as a television broadcaster for BBC & ITV, Nick was formerly one of the Country’s youngest reporters/producers at the BBC. His expertise is invaluable in capturing the workshop atmosphere and preserving it for posterity.

Presentation Skills
Our Presentation Skills training is about developing the speakers so they ‘make a difference’ through their presentations. Filming this workshop gives the delegates the opportunity of going home with a DVD and replaying their presentations (usually at home with the curtains drawn and the door locked). The experience provides a real learning platform – we’ve all been there – but watching yourself present is one of the most difficult yet insightful things we can do.

Sales Training
If you really want to give some feedback to the sales team, then why not have the workshops (tailored to customer facing teams) filmed during the event? Our mobile editing suite allows us to filter and create DVDs which show the individual at the start and then again at the finish; this reinforces why the techniques taught in the workshop should be applied in the field. Filming role plays, using actors or sometimes real doctors, allows the delegate to see first hand the difference a good meeting can make. Maximising every sales call delivers immediate results and helps drive the business forward.

Home Strait®
Home Strait® is a unique workshop designed to help SpRs and STs secure a substantive post. The format revolves around a mock interview using a distinguished panel – who interview for Consultant posts in real life. A unique feature of the workshop is filming each candidate and providing them with a DVD of their own interview and the panel's feedback.
