Looking Forward
The Objective
Our client wanted to build on the success of previous meetings and continue to develop Healthcare Professionals in Ophthalmology. A high standard has already been set for this award winning programme and the challenge each year is to keep the meetings fresh and challenging.
The Solution
Inspire Change designed 4 professional development workshops and facilitated the meeting ice-breaker. The workshops are deliberately designed so that delegates expand their skills and build on what they have learnt from previous Looking Forward programmes.
The End Result
- 120 doctors took part
- 3 regional locations were chosen – Manchester, Birmingham and London
- 19 Faculty from local KOLs were involved
- All venues & logistics managed by Inspire Change Project Management team
