Hilary Shields JP

Hilary Shields JP has over 16 years’ experience of working in the Pharmaceutical Industry (in sales, management, clinical research and training). She has a depth and breadth of experience that brings a fresh approach, real insight and learning to the programmes that she develops and runs for you, our client. She has worked closely with the Boards of local NHS organisations, and her mentoring and coaching skills are in high demand.

 Affectionately known by the Inspire Change team as ‘Judge Judy’, she has been a trouble-shooter for several NHS organisations; a skill no doubt enhanced by the fact that she is a local magistrate.

Her humorous, challenging and interactive style with delegates is enjoyed and appreciated; they have described her as “innovative, creative, energetic, fun, inspirational with a down to earth practical approach, delivers on promises every time, great communicator and coach, inspirational and motivates others to greater heights”.

Hilary has experience in working not only with the healthcare sector, but with a wide variety of customer groups such as Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and the House of Commons, all of which enable her to bring fresh ideas and something new to any situation.

Hilary is a Director of Inspire Change, is a qualified Transactional Analysis Practitioner and is also Belbin accredited.
