Jenny Baker

As our Programme Manager, Jenny (known as ‘JB’ to the Inspire Change team) organises the planning and logistics that need to be in place for the workshops and programmes that Inspire Change run for our clients. She liaises with our clients and delegates alike on each workshop and programme - to ensure each delegate is properly equipped and ready to turn up on the day; as she understands that clinicians have such busy lives. Jenny is based at Head Office but is regularly seen at on-site meetings, ensuring that everyone is in the right place at the right time.

Our clients say that Jenny is the ‘go to’ person in our team!  If they ask for anything, they know they can relax and that it will simply happen. Jenny is a ‘safe pair of hands’ and says she loves her job: “Many of my friends say they wish they worked for Inspire Change, when I tell them about our company and how we literally inspire people to change.” Outside of work, Jenny loves her friends, family and her hectic social life.
