Mike Barron

Mike began his career as an IT trainer in the financial services industry before becoming a Learning and Development manager and developing a programme of soft skills coaching for managers. He moved to the NHS after 12 years to concentrate on IT and performance management training, leading a team of 12 trainers.

In 2008 he left the NHS and now works extensively with Inspire Change.  Mike says "I left the NHS so that I could develop the personal development side of training that I enjoy so much. Inspire Change have enabled me to do just that. The challenge is always to deliver the best I can - but with a smile!"
