Communication Styles
Inspire Change have developed their own online Communication Styles Survey. To keep things simple, we have created 4 categories (or personality types) and based on the delegate’s answers, our system dynamically builds a report for each delegate which plots their most dominant communication style – in both a relaxed and pressured environment.
Communication Styles can be included as part of a workshop or as a stand alone activity in a large meeting where we ‘perform’ the different personality styles (on a stage) in a fun and engaging way.
