Understanding how you are viewed by others will enable you to change behaviours to improve your effectiveness.
You have a perception of your working style and of the way you work within a team. A 360 analysis allows you to understand other people's perception of your skills.
One of the greatest opportunities of a 360 Report is to see ourselves the way that others see us, effectively looking in the mirror through the eyes of people who work with you, for you and even those to whom you report.
Many of us are insecure about our own value or think we do a good job, and an appraisal rarely gives effective information to help improve our behaviours. However, a 360 analysis does just that - your colleagues/observers can let you know how you can develop your skills as a manager, leader, team member, supporter, associate and will offer suggestions as to how you can best achieve success and improvement.
We are so convinced that good 360 analysis is such a valuable tool to help develop strong management and leadership skills, we had our own web based system built! If you'd like to discover the impact of how you work (it will take you about 20 minutes to complete the survey), then for the first 6 responses only we will give you free access to our 360 system and in turn provide you with a detailed 19 page report of your working style.
The cost in future for this service is £99 plus VAT.
